Some projects, such as estate planning, wills, trust, powers of attorney or entity formation can be completed for a single or “fixed” fee. Other work, such as real estate transactions, commercial litigation or probate disputes, are difficult to estimate because we do not control the actions of third parties. However, prior to commencing any client work on these types of matters we will provide our best estimate of the fees and costs.
